Below are the answers to some questions we posed to last year's winners regarding the Chamber Awards
Q1. Congratulations on winning a Tullamore Chamber Business Award last year, where is your award trophy now?
Q2. How has the Tullamore Chamber Business Award benefitted your business?
Q3. Has winning the award increased the business profile?
Q4. Would you get involved again/or would you recommend it to a business friend?

Paul Galvin - Galvin Tullamore - Winner Best Website 2014
1. Our Award is proudly displayed at our till Area.
2. It definitely has been of benefit to us & a boost to all of us working here.
3. I think the Award is great for any business profile. The publicity itself is excellent for our profile & is something we can use on our own Advertising including Facebook,Twitter etc.
4. We would love to be involved with the Awards again & would highly recommend it to any other business. The night itself is excellent & a great way for meeting other business people who you often find have the same issues/problems.

Emma-Rose - EuroStallions - Winner of Emerging New Business 2014
1. My award is unimaginatively displayed in my office. Hopefully I'll add a second to it at some stage!
2. Euro Stallions is a very young business and validation is something we seek on a daily basis as we try to move forward and expand. Winning the Tullamore Chamber Business award was validation for us and we were both delighted and proud to have won the award in such good company.
3. Every business needs a profile and any positive light shone on your business helps raise it's profile. Advertising your product and services is only one method of attracting people's attention, there are many other direct and indirect ways in which to help your business name stick in peoples' minds. Winning the Tullamore Chamber Business award has been another way for me to draw positive attention to Euro Stallions. You never know who may be a potential customer.
4. Yes and yes! Business opportunities stem from networking and the chamber is a business networking hub. The chamber offer a simple and direct correlation between potential and actual business via it's members and associates.

Offaly Beekeepers Association: Winner of Green Environmental 2014
1. Our award trophy is in the safe hands of our life member John Summerville who is a nationally and internationally known beekeeper.
2. The award helped to raise awareness of environmental issues particularly those pertaining to pollination and the preservation of the national Irish honey bee.
3. Yes, the award increased public awareness of the Association and the work being done by Offaly beekeepers to educate people re beekeeping and the importance of caring for our pollinators.
4. Would certainly recommend all Tullamore Chamber activities to fellow associations and businesses.
