All Ireland Fleadh 2016 Bid

Following the enormous success in 2007, 2008 & 2009, Tullamore is seeking to host the All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil again in 2016.

The benefits to Tullamore as host town are far reaching, including the positive publicitiy from a tourism perspective, returning international visitors and the direct economic impact for local businesses.

Success of the Fleadhs in Tullamore was due to the underlying support of the entire local community including schools, businesses, community groups, local authorities, art & sport organisations, gardai, civil defence and individuals.

Over the coming months and lead-in to 2016 all these groups will be joining forces again to bid to host one of the largest cultural events in the world.
