Annual Presidents dinner and business awards
The annual Chamber Presidents dinner and business awards were held in the Bridge House Hotel on Friday 2nd December 2011.
The black tie event was attended by over 170 people. Speakers on the night were Mullingar’s Gerry Duffy, and Chamber President Joe O’Brien, with Master of Ceremonies, John O’Donovan and a refreshing impromptu contribution from Hugh Byrne.
Gerry Duffy shared his story of incredible physical achievements in running 32 marathons in 32 days in 2010 and winning the first UK Deca Ironman 10 day event in 2011.
