Foundation14 is an initiative by Tullamore Community Arts Centre in association with Offaly County Council and The Arts Council of Ireland, aimed at highlighting international contemporary arts practice in preparation for the opening of Tullamore Community Arts Centre.
Taking place in shop units and public spaces in Tullamore, Foundation14 is an exciting opportunity for artists to showcase their work in a new context. Placing art work in the public realm means negotiating and engaging not only with commercial and historical architecture but also the public, our aim is to create a dialogue with the residents of Offaly, ultimately showcasing the exciting infinite possibilities the new arts centre will offer.
