Road Links
Situated just off the main Dublin to Galway motorway, the N6. The N80 links Tullamore to Athlone and Portlaoise, connecting to the N7 (Dublin/Limerick) and N8 (Dublin/Cork). The N52 linking Dundalk to Nenagh passes through Tullamore.

The main Dublin/Galway (East/West) and Dublin/Westport & Ballina rail links passes through Tullamore with seven passenger trains to Dublin on a daily basis.

Private national and local transport and freight companies service Tullamore. DHl, UPS, Federal Express, Interlink etc offer 24 hour service to national and international locations.

Land & Buildings
Sixteen acres of serviced land, for industrial purposes, are owned by government sponsored IDA Ireland in Sragh Business Park. Also new private development of the Central Business Park. In addition Local Authorities and the Private Sector are also involved in building development for the industrial and warehouse sector.

Tullamore is on the main national fibre grid and has broadband infrastructure in the form of both 155 Mbits and 2.5 Gbits on the.
The town is serviced by the national carrier services of Eircom, BT & Smart, internationally by MCI, locally by a consortium of local IT firms supplying wireless broadband to businesses and homes.

Tullamore also boasts its very own Metropolitan Area Network covering large portions of the town serviced with fibre by national and international carriers.

Electricity & Gas
Supply voltages available in the Tullamore area are 38KV and 110KV and 380/400 and 230 volts at 50 HZ. The Electricity Supply Board supplies power through a national grid system to which all generating stations are connected. Bord Gais have installed major extensions of the gas network to Tullamore.
